「A lovely chalet with direct views across the dunes to Gwithian Beach and Godrevy Lighthouse. The chalet is really well equipped and has everything you need - even down to a coffee machine! A very comfortable stay and Louise was prompt in answering questions. Would highly recommend.」

「A very spacious and nicely furnished chalet in a quite holiday park situated about a 20 minute drive away from Bude. Peter, the owner was very helpful and was very quick to answer any queries we had. Our only criticism is that there needs to be another bathroom to accommodate a larger group than my famlly of 3 adults and a toddler staying there.」

「We had a long weekend lodge was perfect everything you needed so peaceful small but well stocked shop on site we had a fantastic weekend looking forward to going back」

「The property itself was lovely, really clean and lots of space The location was in the hub of a village and it really didn’t seem like that when advertised. I think the way it is advertised needs to be re looked at as we had complaints from 2 different neighbours on the first night. The courtyard backed onto a row of houses and is attached to a family of 4 cottage. It is really misleading and location wise is not suitable for a big group at all.」

「Lovely stay in a great location, chalet tidy and clean, fantastic host who made the process of checking in etc very easy. Will definitely be returning.」

「wonderful sea views from this well appointed property, cant wait to return again」

「Had a lovely stay. Accommodation was very nice and clean. Felt very cozy. Very prompt reply by owner when had a slight issue but was resolved very quickly. Would highly recommend to other people, as near lovely beaches and lots to do as a family」

「The whole stay was absolutely amazing... from the beautiful views and cozy chalet to the postcard seaside village! Could not of asked for anything more! Thank you for being part of the very special memories made here! 」

「We’ve had a lovely stay, the accommodation was perfect for our family it had everything we needed. The check in was easy and communication with the host was perfect. This site is great central location to venture out from. Which we did every day. We didn’t use any of the site facilities but they were all lovely and the staff at check in were to. The only things we weren’t to sure about were the air fresheners, there are a lot of them which were overpowering. But that’s nothing really.」

「Couldn’t fault this property in anyway」

「Excellent property, however for some reason the channel we booked through meant that we did not get some some of the details required for the house, Host was very helpful in resolving questions,」

「Lovely accommodation in a fantastic location for exploring Devon and North Cornwall. Great communication with host.」

「Host was great with the communication before our stay. Excellent little accommodation for exploring all the best beaches in North Cornwall. Chalet was basic but cosy and had most things we needed other than no iron and no Wi Fi connection, phone signal was non existent but was actually nice to escape all the tech and shut off for a few days. The pool was great and we went in there every day of our 3 night stay. The pub and bar were a nice addition and had some kids entertainment, music and bingo...

「Shine Chalet is a perfect for a short/long stay for a couple. The premise is clean, modern and smart, there is more than adequate space, it is well equipped, the bed is comfortable and a very nice shower, one issue is the minute hand basin, which barely big enough for it’s function. There is nice outside space with table and chairs and a tidy and sizeable car parking area.」

「The Garden Room was excellent! It had everything we needed - a comfortable bed, heat and tea. It was beautifully decorated and very cozy. Perfect for a long weekend! The garden was beautiful too. Janet was very sweet and welcoming.」

「The cabin was clean mostly well appointed and in a lovely quiet scenic spot. Given we were in a heat wave there were not many ways to reduce the temperature indoors except by opening all the windows. We fed back to the host about one or two items in the kitchen, which would’ve made our stay just that little better. But overall we had a very pleasant stay at a good location from which we had a number of excursions that were very enjoyable.. We would definitely recommend it to others.」
