「Property is ok but around there is construction and there no easy access to the beach but overall its a good place to stay staff is cool too」

「We've stayed here several times and I forget her name but the Latina woman at the front desk always gives us a very friendly and welcoming greeting and the check-in process is always quick and painless. 」

「Excellent newly renovated rooms. Bathrooms are a little tight but thats the only draw back. Large pool and bar facilities are a huge boon. Room balconies facing the beach are breathtaking. Minor construction still happening due to the hurricane damage but other than that utter perfection. 」

「This is a good motel in a decent. Room was clean and it is a quiet. The beach is a pretty short walk so i liked the location. The only issue I had was getting the key out of the lock box. I did get it out eventually but it wasnt easy」

「Had a wonderful time at New Smyrna Waves. Our unit was clean and perfect for our girls' weekend. We felt safe and were able to walk to a restaurant right near us or take a 10 minute drive to many other restaurants. The pool was awesome (so clean for being right on the beach!). The area was very quiet at night. Would highly recommend New Smyrna Waves」

「In town for a friends wedding. Perfect place for a weekend getaway. Very responsive. Only wish it had more basic essentials for our stay.」

「It was as advertised except listed 2 bedroom with 2 bath. There is only one bath. Another shower is available in another building.」

「It was a beautiful little condo. Nothing fancy but for my boyfriend and i it was perfect. Came with 2 beds and a small tv. It was right outside the pool area which was actually really nice and a little pourch of your own. Glad we booked with coastal waters. Thank you for a nice stay.」
