“We had really bad experience during last night.when we really exhausted after walk all day at the park and back to the room around 8:00 pm, we couldn't enter the room because the card doesn’t work, and we have to go downstairs with all my bag looking for help. Luckily I found a nice staff who found a specialist opened the door for us and tell me there’ll be someone send a new card to me. So we wait at room thought we will get the card a couple of minutes then we could go to the pool to get some……
“Took my wife and kids here to celebrate my wife's birthday and we had an amazing time!! The customer service and the way the staff are so friendly and welcoming is exceptional. The hotel is very chic and has very luxe appeal. The decor and the rooms are superb! We had dinner at their Salt and cellar restaurant which was excellent and we did their amazing Sunday brunch Tea experience which the girls absolutely loved! My wife thoroughly enjoyed the spa and relaxation room! All and all 10/10……

Today I found out my credit card be charged 535 usd, I called to the hotel, they told me because my room's TV damage, so they charge me money for that
But I “don’t”even touch the tv at all when I stay there 2 night, this is crazy just charge me for no reason, and I called the hotel , all they do just told me they are sorry for that. Said because they found out TV damage after I check out
But the fact is I never touch the TV at all , it’s sad that just assume me and……
