"Lovely property. Great pool. Kitchen and laundry set up is great."

"The room was clean walls were paper thin. Also the bathroom had 1/2 a window pane - so there was a lot of water falling onto the floor towel. No ice machine. Their staff was very friendly and kind. Pool was a little dirty I saw more than once kids pick out plastic bags from the bottom. The restaurant/bar served great food and drinks. Breakfast had waffles, eggs, sausage and bacon. Along with cereal and breads."

"Great location! Spacious rooms and amazing pools and amenities on site. Transportation available but we didn’t use it but definitely will when we come back!"

"The room was pretty clean, fresh towels. The toilet in the bathroom was so loose it looked like it was going to fall right off but I called the front desk and maintenance came up within 10 min and fixed it right away. The outlets in the room were the only issue. The usb connections - half didn’t work by the lamps and the regular plug outlets were loose. Def need to upgrade them esp add a USBC outlet. "

"A lot of hidden fees. Parking isn’t included and transportation to the parks isn’t free. It appears on the bill for a fee for transportation "

"Facility is nice, especially the pool area. Love that there is a bar by the pool. However, when we checked in around 9:30pm on the first night of our stay, our room wasn’t ready yet. Extremely frustrating to not be able to check into your room so late in the night when check-in started at 4:30. I totally understand they’re busy, but not having a room ready 5 hours past the start of check-in is unacceptable. Otherwise, the stay was good."
