「The best resort I have even stayed in. The views of the volcano are breathtaking. The grounds are Pristine and full of nature and wildlife. The pool bar was incredible along with all the other bars around the property. There are hot springs all over the property. You feel like you’re in a theme park. The service is top notch and exactly what you would expect at a 5 star resort. I was truly mind blown by this location and we had a great time. I highly recommend staying at the springs resort!」

「The location and property are absolutely beautiful! Incredible views! The grounds are kept meticulously! The rooms are clean and neat. The rooms are simple and yet elegant at the same time. The staff were very forgiving of my limited Spanish. A little harder to get to but worth the drive. The restaurant on property was excellent. Just a small sidenote… There was no air conditioner in my smaller room. I knew this going into it and the nice breeze that was almost constant.」

「We were greeted by a very friendly and helpful front desk at check-in, with very clear instructions about morning breakfast. Excellent hot springs at various temperatures laid out very nicely with privacy. Rooms were very spacious and luxurious and the beds were very comfortable.
