"No bar and restaurant which was advised after booking but before check in. Tv not working (despite looking brand new), phone in room not working, WiFi terrible but a lovely setting. Just felt a bit odd with no amenities.
Just ordered a food delivery and had an early night… wish I’d taken a book to read!"
"The location of the property is good. However, the staff doesn't understand anything from customer service. They don't know how to treat you. Another problem is that they always close their entrace gate, and when you ring the door, you have wait for minutes for the door to be opened despite they see you outside."
"The common areas of the hotel is tired and not the best and the rooms dated. I had an issue with the heating that meant I had to go to the reception to "try and have fixed". They kept saying they had reset the system, however, it didn't work and as the phone in the room didn't dial through to the reception, it was freezing in the night.
I would not stay there again."
