「The pool was small the food was not that great Botalino in El Mari was really good. Dreams buffet was not hygienic. Flies birds picking on the food😒 House keeping was sooooo poor!! I had to ask for water robe no slippers. They didn’t change sheets didn’t clean bathroom.」

「Just don’t book book this hotel unless you want to be disappointed. The snorkel g is decent and some staff were ok. Odds are you won’t get what you pay for when you book. We were robbed of our ocean front room. Had to change rooms 3 times over 2 days to get working AC. Most people we spoke with didn’t have working AC in their rooms and had to use fans which helped but rooms stayed in the high 80’s anyway. Food was terrible at buffet and restaurants. Menus never changed, quality was poor, and...

「Beautiful property! It's unfortunate that the water in the shower doesn't stay hot for too long. I also didn't like the fact that I couldn't use my free drink voucher on a Saturday. I realized too late that we were only supposed to use them during Fridays evening event. It's the same bar , same liquor, I really didn't see what the big deal was.... Other than that it was a nice stay.」
