“We stayed for two separate nights before and after Inca Trail tour. Both of the rooms are comfortable, beds are comfortable. The breakfast buffet is excellent with so much to choose, and many of the food is from the local area. We also took pictures with the cute baby alpaca in the garden. The hotel is located just few minutes walk from the main square, but it's quiet. Unfortunately we didn't have time to join the pisco sour class.”

“I have 3 booking and stay 5 days in total. Front desk staffs are very helpful, but the management arrangement is too bad. They are short of man power, when the front desk staff need to serve another customer and leave the floor, they will lock the front door. This is very safe for customer who stay in the hotel, but not really convenient because sometimes you go out and need to wait the staff back and open the door for you.
For the first days, after one people showered, the second people……

“The hotel has an excellent location—very convenient for sightseeing, dining, and shopping. The staff were very friendly, especially the bell guy, who was warm and polite. However, the room was a bit dated, and the bathroom towels were not very clean, which didn’t quite match the price of the hotel.
