「This historic property oozes charm. All the mechanicals worked perfectly, i.e., plumbing, hot water (plentiful); showers ( indoor and outdoor); electrical; and air conditioning. Although we had some of the hottest temps of the year, the AC on both the 1st and 2nd floors was outstanding!
