“Amazing service and beautiful grounds, but rooms need an update.
The hotel environment is absolutely stunning, and the atmosphere is so relaxing. I also loved how functional and convenient the room amenities were—everything we needed was right there.
However, I did notice that the facilities are getting a bit dated. If the hotel could invest in some modern upgrades, it would be a 10/10 experience!

“Our room was huge and had a comforatble bed. It looked recently renovated and was clean. The bed was comfortable. It was a rainy cold day so I asked for an extra blanket. “Quite possibly the WORST hotel "resort" or lack there of! Beautiful view and convenient location. I've asked to speak with the management twice since we've checked out, and no one has followed up. Do yourselves a favor and do not stay here. It felt like we were in an abandoned hotel. American horror story! I would love it if management would call back and give me some sort of refund whether partial or full. $200 for a low grade "resort" is repulsive. I am always traveling and I will never return……

However, if a property advises that it has a pool, then the pool must be available at least some of the time. Because the property also acted as a health club for locals, the pool was never available for us.

I would have liked to know ahead of time that I was staying at the adjacent building instead of the actual Stone Hill building, but it was still great.
