“The only complexity was obtaining all of the details of the stay. They sent a link to a Google Drive with 6 PDF files detailing getting to the place and opening the door. I had to call to ask them to send the link after I emailed a full copy of my passport. They have some laundry facilities (a washer, no drier) but you must provide your own detergent. I only stayed one night, so had no time. Definitely could accommodate 4 travelers; I was there by myself. The interior was great.”

“We had a wonderful stay at Pencil House over the new year period in Tokyo. The location is quiet and perfect as it is also convenient to get to anywhere with proximity to the metro station.
