"Our room was weigh smaller than the pictures, very tight with 4 of us, there is no room to open our suitcases. AC was dirty and took a couple of hours to cool down the room. It was very uncomfortable, we ended up cancel our stay. "

"This stay was great. We had all the necessities available and the room was very comfortable. It was one stop from Odawara station. My only suggestion is to keep in mind the amount of luggage you are taking, the room is on the fourth floor. "

There is also a room without air con that can accommodate 2 more people. Dusty apartment, sticky floor and food stain in a fork and a cup. No toiletries provided other than towels, shampoo, conditioner and body wash. "
