「The communication at the start was horrible. I sent emails and called with no response. I felt ignored so I contacted h otels.com then I finally got a response. Once i was hooked up with Sam, everything was perfect. Sam went above and beyond to ensure my nephew and I were taken care of. The place was clean and comfortable. I would definitely stay again.」

「I truly enjoyed the cocoa tea served at breakfast, and most of the staff were warm, friendly, and courteous. When I checked in, they kindly explained how to get to Baywalk Shopping Mall and introduced the hotel’s facilities. Even when I was waiting for a taxi early in the morning at 5:00 a.m. on my departure day, they thoughtfully took the time to recommend beautiful beaches in Soufrière and a bakery well worth visiting.」

「When I booked my stay .It said breakfast included .when myself and guest got there for breakfast we was told that our stay doesn’t include Breakfast atp I was confused .Tried rectifying with management to no avail.So I ended up paying $30 USD for the worst breakfast ever in my life .I contacted Expedia and the representative confirmed that my stay included Breakfast.Representative contacted hotel and to no avail.」

Fabulous bathroom with great multi functional shower. Great pool area, not a huge pool but perfectly adequate for relaxing.」
