“Short stay and breakfast was good. One issue was the bed otherwise would've rated a 5. Pillows and mattress much too soft otherwise would've rated a 5.”

“The room heater/air conditioner was not operating from the control on the wall. That is the only real complaint. Did not contact the office about it since I was only staying one night. Checkin went well and the person was very friendly. Breakfast was very good with the typical selections and waffles as an extra.”

“The bedding is somewhat worn.”

“Housekeeper made the bed nicely but didn’t change to new set of bedding. The bed has other people’s hair and the dirt from the feet. We called the front desk mentions this problem. Finally , front desk came up help us the change both bed. Thanks god front desk able to help us. Otherwise, no housekeeper is in the hotel after 3pm. And we cannot sleep with that bed. ”

“The pool was nice but a little colder than I like, not unusable just a little cool, our microwave did not work and we kind of needed it for our grandkids, the shampoo bottle mounted on the shower wall was extremely tacky for an upscale hotel and it was empty,it had a very trailer park feel to it,other than that it was great, the little restaurant next door causes parking and movement issues in the morning but such is life.”

“The only thing is, the AC is too noisy, and caused hard to sleep”
