We stayed in the large Shakespeare room, often used as a Bridal Suite. The spa is great, with a good sized pool, a jacuzzi and unusual sauna. Really good breakfasts served in bedrooms and at the nearby sister-hotel Milsoms. The fine dining at the main restaurant on the nearby River Stour was sublime,……

“Friendly staff and upgrade of room ”

“Room was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the full breakfast but had to wait 15 minutes one morning to be attended. Otherwise hotel staff were friendly and attentive. Ample parking on both sides of the hotel. There is a Starbucks right outside the hotel. ”
