“We had a wonderful stay at this condo. The location was very convenient to Henlopen State Park with Delaware Bay beach practically out the front door of the bldg. If you're a DQ fan, there's one right across the street. It was very clean & easy to communicate with Vacasa.The listing says 2 BRs plus pull out sofa in separate room, sleeping 6. There is only 1 BR, plus the pull out sofa in the separate room. It only sleeps 4.The sofa and loveseat in the main room are not comfortable for sitting……

“The property was the perfect size for our family of three and our dachshund! We appreciated the blackout shades in the guest bedroom to help our infant sleep. This condo is in an ideal location only 15 minutes from the beach, shops and restaurants. The kitchen and bathrooms were clean. The bed and couch were super comfortable as well! We hope we can stay there again before we become official residents of Delaware!”

“The unit was clean and tidy on check in. I'm new to this type of rental, so was caught off guard that there were no bed linens or towels. I've since learned to check for this. The manger was easy to contact. The location is great. The unit's on the third floor, so be sure you can do steps. The wrap-around deck was a pleasant surprise. Pet friendly locations are appreciated. The mattress were two soft, but that seems to be the norm in these rental accommodations. Would look to book this location……

“A nice condo unit overlooking Rt. 1. Inside, the unit is quiet. We never heard any noise from the adjacent tenants. Furniture and appliances were in good shape. The building is located on the ocean side of Rt. 1 so you never have to cross the street to get to the beach (a plus in my book). The building is also steps away from the major restaurants and bars.This place a good value.”
