"Of course the view was stunning. All staff members encountered were pleasant and helpful. They are really service oriented which is much appreciated. I believe these folks treat the guests the way they would want to be treated when spending hard earned $$. The room itself had everything necessary for a 4 day stay even a little shelf of books. The only con is the lack of soundproofing. One night I became concerned with a loud conversation adjacent to or above me. I was on the verge of calling the desk about this as I did not want anyone getting hurt. Fortunately the shouting subsided and quiet ensued. Overall the place is ideal for a beach stay."

"The hotel was one of the nicer ones on the strip. The room was nice and breakfast was very good. No complaints as such. The one big disappointment for me was the listing gives the impression that the hotel backs onto the beach. First, it doesn’t. I asked the front desk and they said you have to go around the property. The backside has residences and they have the access. Second, property backs into a bay where you can not swim. The actual beach is across the street and about a 5 minute walk - very walkable, but definitely not attached to the property. For that reason alone, the experience was a bit underwhelming. I am leaving this review so others know that while this is a good hotel, you can NOT walkout to the beach from the property and take a dip into the actual beach itself. Happy otherwise."

"This place was perfect for my rainy & cold memorial day weekend with my children! They enjoyed the indoor pool so much! Everything is close by! (The asking to go in the pool is kinda annoying) There was a front desk young lady that was not friendly at all. (Long redish” hair) other than that, place was perfect! Clean & quiet!"

"There were long strands of hair left in the shower by either the last occupant or the person who cleaned the room. There was no food left when we went to the free buffet before 8:00am. Apparently we were there with a traveling youth sports team. After we saw there was no food and no one around to ask if it was going to be replenished, we decided to check out a little early and get breakfast elsewhere. We waited 15 minutes to check out because there was no staff at the front desk. When the person finally arrived and asked how our stay was, and I said "not so good- we've been standing here for 15 minutes" she had the nerve to snap back that she was in the back cooking! What? By this time there is a line of people waiting to check out, and although I empathized with her personal situation, at over $100 a night, how is that my problem and why should it impede on my plans? I asked for a receipt and was told that since I booked with a 3rd party, she couldn't give me a receipt and that the 3rd party (Hotels.com) would email me my receipt. Of course I do not have a receipt for my stay. I will never ever again patronize this hotel!"

"I loved this pet friendly hotel. The rooms were a nice size and looked like a "mini-suite". The price was great for a quick overnight stay. The breakfast choices were decent. The staff was friendly and the entire hotel was clean. My dogs enjoyed the doggie playground. Parking was quite adequate and free!! You can't go wrong when choosing Hilton!!!"
