"We loved our stay but the bathroom could use an update. I didn’t appreciate being charged twice for the pet cleaning fee. We had two small dogs travelling with us. Most hotels only charge one fee for both dogs. Otherwise, the staff were wonderful and the location is great. There’s a lovely dog park behind the hotel. The lobby is very nice. The room decor doesn’t really seem to match the hotel. "

"We booked the under the sea room and it was great for our family of 5. I appreciated the staff getting back to me to tell me they did not have cots so we could change our plans. I also liked the reusable dishes at breakfast. The staff were doing a great job dealing with fire evacuees from up north. "

"It was a great stay and the room was spacious and clean. staff was super friendly and supportive all in all it was an excellent stay at this hotel."

"Ok the area looks a little sketch ( it wasn’t just looks like it ) so I had low hopes until I opened the door and it was great inside! Staff was phenomenal, very pretty pool area and lobby. It’s a bit of a maze inside but would stay again! "
