「The room was great! We had a room for 6 people. When asked for more towels and TP, it came right away. Beds were very comfortable. Pool was warm and lovely. Hot tub was awesome! Only negative was the buffet breakfast was heavy on carbs, no fruit or eggs/bacon, etc. lots of bread, even gluten free! Lots of bagels, waffles, cereal. Had yogurt and cheese slices as well. And GREAT coffee!!! Would definitely stay there again! Another bonus, hotel is steps away from a great gluten free bakery! Awesome...

「We paid extra to have access to the club lounge again like we have in previous years however it doesn't seem to be worth the extra we pay. Previous stays the appies they provided were great , lots of selection but this year we were given 1 hot appie choice , veggies with no dip and some cheese and a bit of fruit. We used to receive 2 free drinks per guest now it's 1 per guest. Now Breakfast doesn't get served till 7 am whereas before it was served at 6 am. We are there for the Spartan races and...

「I booked through expedia with my credit card. My wife was already in Red Deer so she checked in with her card as the deposit. When we checked out they had already processed the payment onto her card even though i booked pay at the property. We wanted that changed however the woman at the front desk said it had to be dome by the manager who would not be in until 3pm and we were travelling 6 hours so could not be there. When contacted by phone they could not change the payment as they didn't have...
