「The staff should learn how to cope with customers in case there is someone with small infants who needs help and looks for early check in options .... The lady over the reception didn't even hear the words and rejected me for early check in......they don't care about people and think rules are made for people but people are not for rules」

「We stayed for only one night but overall had a great experience. The receptionist who welcomed us during check-in was incredibly kind, warm, and professional, which set a wonderful tone for our stay.However, the breakfast service has room for improvement. The selection was quite limited, and key items ran out quickly. There was not enough butter, and the bread selection was depleted before everyone could eat. The morning staff seemed to be multitasking heavily, which unfortunately prevented them...

「Front desk staff were friendly and helpful. Room was spacious and clean. King bed was nice and firm. Air conditioning worked well. In-room Jacuzzi for two (in addition to the full bath with an exhaust fan) was a plus. Fireplace was attractive and would be nice to use on a chilly evening. Continental breakfast was adequate. We would definitely stay here again.」

Monique and Tanya are amazing people. Cannot appreciate enough. One doesn't find such services in branded star properties normally. A great experience. Will strongly recommend to anyone.」
