"I never got to stay at this property, although my credit card was billed to stay at this property. I was redirected to another motel (Sandcastle Resort) in the area due to no availability. The hotel I was redirected to was clearly not aware of my reservation or my presence. Nothing in the room was prepared for guest arrival. "I did not realize that this was rated as a 3 star. It could use some minor repairs. (water damage and what looked like mould on the walls, kitchen water tap needs to be fixed had no water for a day. 1 Electrical plug that was fixed during my stay. Shutter in the bathroom that kept poppin open.) Was not happy about the few cockroaches. This place had a fantastic view. I would definitely book here again. "
