Best Western Plus Ambassador Suites Venice

4/10 Poor

"We were given keys to a room that HAD ALREADY be issued to another customer. They were not in the room when we opened the door but their property was. When we questioned the manager he comped us a suite. Which looked lovely yet the couches were hard as a rock. The desk chair was broken the microwave did not work and THERE WAS NO HOT WATER. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE I would love my money BACK"

"Everything was fine. We enjoyed the hotel and Tiki Bar outside delightfull. We appreciated the complimentary breakfast which was delicious. Our only complaint was the shower head pressure was low and the room could have used a bit more lighting. Good job!"
