"The new, spacious rooms are immaculately clean, and the friendly staff went above and beyond to help us. They changed our room without hesitation and even carried our luggage between rooms. Honestly, I think this is one of the best value-for-money hotels. It’s conveniently located near the subway, making it ideal for both business and leisure travellers. "

"The hotel was incredibly safe, clean, and quiet—exactly what I needed as a solo female traveler. The staff was fantastic: warm, helpful, and always attentive. I purchased the buffet breakfast at the hotel restaurant, and it was amazing with so many delicious options to choose from. I also tried the buffet dinner; it was decent, though not quite as impressive as the breakfast. I treated myself to a massage during my stay as well, and it was wonderfully relaxing. One of my favorite parts was the location. The street right outside the hotel has great nightlife and plenty to explore, and I felt completely safe the entire time. Overall, I highly recommend Park Plaza Beijing and would absolutely stay here again!"

"I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. I was pleasantly surprised with a complimentary upgrade to a suite, which made the experience even more memorable. The room was exceptionally clean and offered a beautiful view, making it a great space to relax in. The staff were consistently friendly and helpful throughout my stay, and the club lounge access was a great added perk. The location is also fantastic — there’s direct access to the mall, and it’s just a short walk to Wangfujing, which made getting around incredibly convenient. Overall, a very enjoyable stay and I would happily return!"
