「I am extremely disappointed with my stay at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, it was clear that cleanliness was not a priority. The room was dirty, with dust, stains, and an unpleasant odor. The bathroom was especially unhygienic, and it appeared that it had not been properly cleaned before my arrival.」
