The shower was a little awkward with being half enclosed, half wet room and did spill water out onto the floor. The bed was super comfortable and the pillows and the air conditioning was a god send whilst there during a heatwave and was super quiet. "Lovely hotel in the old town, we asked for a quiet room and we were 2nd floor at the back. It was a lovely quiet room. Black out blinds and a really comfy bed. Aircon was very good too. Very welcoming staff on reception. We walked to old town main square took about 10 mins. First time to krakow and we will be back and would not hesitate to stay here again."
