“I booked the pool view room, and they gave me a room that wasn't the pool view without telling me. Then I went to the front desk to change room, it took them about half hour to change room for me. But the air conditioner in the new room was so noisy that I couldn’t open it. The hygiene of the room was very poor, and there were some yellow stains on the towels and quilt”

“Omggg!! Hands down the best accommodating staff I ever experienced!! Ishmir was the best !!! He was so down to earth and made sure my bestfriend and I were comfortable, from transporting us around, to helping my bestfriend feel better with honey and lime remedy, to showing us around the island! “This place is an absolute gem. from checking in and regrettably checking out, the stay was amazing. staff are so attentive, the pool is perfect and the estate is an oasis. we got upgraded to a 1 bedroom during our Aug stay. the casita is very comfortable and the kitchenette is just perfect for quick meals. the walk to the beach and into palm beach is quick. for reference, walking to palm beach shopping area/restaurants is about 2km along the water. there is a escooter stand nearby and taxis are……

“Loved this property very colorful and vibrant. Loved the private plunge pool. The staff is very friendly. I recommend renting a car. Close drive to palm beach and eagle beach, restaurant and nightlife and super food supermarket. Highly recommend and i will be back. ”
