Preferred East End hotels

"The first room the gave us toilet would not flush. No maintenance on staff due to late night. They put us in another room which was a suite and upgrade. It was really nice but the night stand next to bed was dirty also bath tube had dirt in it. I cleaned odd night stand and thankful the tube was separated from shower so we didn't need to use it. Left a note for maid that we didn't make the mess in the tub"

"Our tv didn’t work first , the electricity went out in our room and they had to figure out why . Then this morning before checking out the water turned off mid stream while I was showering . The sheets had spots . No tissue in the room the day we arrived "

"I stayed here once before and this time was a very similar experience. The staff is nice enough, if a bit disorganized. My room was fine, but noisy. The wifi was awful and I was told that was probably because the hotel was full. Breakfast is ordered at a counter in the lobby and delivered to your table, but my order was lost and had to be placed again. The entire experience was very impersonal. "
