“This property was very nice. The minute we pulled up, we were greeted by a helpful valet. Sophia was working registration and she later became "superwoman." Our second day, the AC was not working. By that evening when we returned to our room, it was still not functioning. She immediately called repair, then placed us in another, bigger room. Her customer service was superior. “My husband and I loved the unique Hotel Laurance. It is so beautiful and well done. Our room had a lovely kitchen, sitting area and bedroom. The building is old, but completely renovated and has no elevator. We did have to walk up a flight of steps to the 2nd floor and then a few steps in front of the door to our room.
