"Nice Pool area with a sand beach and the water was in mid of April about 30 C. Walk to the Stripe about 20 min. The room was comfortable. The only disadvantige was the noise of the aircrafts till approx. 11 p.m."

Biggest surprise, there are no elevator in any buildings.. we were given 3rd floor and no heads up on the situation. Struggled to get entire luggage to room. "

"The room was nice but a few things need to be addressed. I had a hard time checking in because the booking had Bob on it and my license says Robert. Why, What is the difference when I had my booking paper? Also, the bed is almost impossible to get into it because it is so HIGH. It needs a small set of stairs. If you have a bad back, good luck getting in it. I mentioned it at the front desk but they cared less. Also, the TV wasn't working in the bedroom. Did you call us? No, I was in bed at 11 and didn't want to get dressed to get it worked on. It seems a lot of hotels do not want to take the blame and say we are sorry. It's always the customers that are at fault. Sleep was fine but I felt the front desk was really rude and condescending. "
