“The host was very quick with communication. The house was clean. Although the refrigerator wasn’t very clean inside. Overall, we had a pleasant experience.”

“This studio was very close to my grandson at CWRU. Being close to him was very convenient. The studio itself was very clean but the hallways and stair landings had dead bugs and the windows were covered in cobwebs. The shower door would not stay closed. We put a towel over the door to keep it mostly closed. We told the owner and got a $25 amazon gift card. Stairs are narrow and creaky but that is expected in a older building. Because of the closeness to my grandson, I would stay there again.”

“Clean and spacious stay for 3 people, convenient location, and easy communication with host. Recommend!”

“We have stayed here several times. The proximity to Cleveland Clinic is wonderful when you have a day filled with appointments. The host responds quickly if you have a question or a need during your stay. This trip we enjoyed a meal on the front porch.”

“Didn’t realize there were a number of stairs, our ages are 78,76, and 70. House was clean , kitchen needs more cooking pans. Beds were comfortable.”

“Great house, old but well maintained with plenty of charm. Only issue with our stay was one of the beds advertised as a queen was a double/full instead. Grest location, would stay here again!”

“Beds were noisy and soft”

“Great apartment in a cute neighborhood. Would definitely stay there again.”

“Good location to get around Cleveland”

“We came for my son’s graduation and had a great time. The location was centralized to everything we wanted to do. We would stay again.”

“Good location, clean and comfortable space. I appreciated being able to do laundry while staying here.”

“Close to where I needed to go … wrong code for entry so that was a delay”

“exterior not good”

“- The floor lamp and bathroom outlet do not work. I eventually got other things working once I opened the subpanel and turned the circuits back on. Several of the blinds are broken and don't open. (So the studio is NOT so bright, even in the daytime.)- The property is very noisy, and light comes in on three sides of the unit door.- The instructions for the lock on the back door are incomplete/confusing. (Happy to give specifics.)- There is very little nearby--I had a hard time finding food.- The……

“Great location and very spacious and clean. Perfect for our needs.”

“The property is fantastic, communication is excellent. The only things to note is early checkin and late check out are not options but Expedia lead me to believe they would be.”

“Great communication with host. Nice house, exactly as described. Would stay again.”

“The property was held together by command strips, flies, mineral oil and too firm floor beds. Modern day boho chic is the name of the game here. For the property other than the quarter sized fly family of 7, I would give it a 8/10. It is decorated nicely. The host and the parking situation is the issue. Hopefully you have better luck, in my case the parking could have been avoided if the host could communicate quicker than 17 HOURS. But hey, maybe he wasn’t on his phone. But just so happened to……
