“This place reminded me of a college dorm. I was only there for a layover flight so didn’t really get the full experience of this resort however my room had a bad odour, the towel bar was missing and the walls are very thin. There was some metal caging on the exterior door to the pool area which didn’t open properly and the whole place seemed sketchy. The staff were very nice and the airport shuttle convenient, however I would not recommend Sun Fun to anyone!”

The setting was absolutely perfect — relaxing, quiet, and peaceful. Perched on top of a hill with an incredible ocean view, it was the ideal place to unwind and recharge. “Did a rwal nice job cleaning the room, staff was excellent, wifi was fine and tv was just OK. Dispite the xruise ships being close by the beach was excellent and only guests were allowed”

“Room had no towels, the WiFi didn’t work in the room, couldn’t watch tv if you needed drinking water you had to leave the property. The experience really wasn’t a good 1”

“Good value for the price. You get what you pay for and adjust your expectations accordingly. Rooms are dated but in good condition. Bed is comfortable. Noise level is high because of the outside traffic but the hotel is in the city, it’s the price to pay to be close to everything. A few loungers are available at the beach across the street. Get there early to get one or pay $10 for a lounger from local guy. Decent breakfast included which is nice. I would recommend this hotel if you’re……

“Looks abandoned, no tiki bar or restaurant as adverised place is run down . Some structures falling apart. rooms are really outdated. Furniture inside the room is worn looks really old. I ended up paying a hundred dollars to switch my flight to the same day and then not stay spend the night.”

“Place was in a building under construction in which the apartment is very hidden and the instructions to find it were not clear. The place was really dark at night and made everything more difficult to find. Someone saw us struggling at night trying to find the place and guided us to the apartment. The host was not very accommodating regarding our request to ck out at 12 rather we than 11 am so that we could finish an activity that ran late. ”

“Amazingly peaceful, beautiful and spectacular views from high above the Bahamas! We loved this place!! If you want to relax away from the rush of tourists in Nassau this is the perfect place. Very clean, Bed and Breakfast vibe with a wonderful restaurant and free continental breakfast. So simple and relaxing with just 10 rooms it’s truly a hidden gem of a hotel. Relaxed atmosphere, fabulous bar staff and picturesque pool and views. We can’t say enough positives about our 3 night stay here!……
