"Very good enjoyable stay great location excellent views"

"Very friendly and helpful staff"

"Yes, these rooms are above a pub but you can’t hear any noise. The appointments were like that of a luxury hotel. The staff worked behind the bar at the pub for the most part and they were extremely responsive to any request. Not sure many tourists find their way to this particular town, but if you’re anywhere near Scarborough, this is the place to stay."

"The hotel was very nice and the staff brilliant breakfasts was very nice. The hotel is located in walking distance to all facilities and to the beach front we really enjoyed our stay we would go back again."

"Always enjoy our stays at the Bike & Boot, friendly staff, relaxing areas to sit and read with a coffee and cake or drink from the bar, evening food is good and great location for beach walks"

"Great location, great service and excellent breakfast would recommend and return"

"Really enjoyed the location the hotel the food & the staff all excellent - only reason I didn’t give room 8 a 5star is because the bed was uncomfortable"

"Absolutely perfect stay, from arrival, excellent breakfast, super comfy bed, good for parking, lovely staff, couldn't fault anything"

"We enjoyed a good overnight stay at East Ayton Lodge Hotel, which was comfortable and well-situated. We were happy with our room and with dinner and breakfast. The room was fine for our dog and the garden provided an opportunity for a short walk ..."

"Beautiful location by the beach very clean comfortable bed with sea views and walk in shower . Very clean rooms very welcome staff . Would come Back again"

"Nice hotel with a great pub and outdoor seating and eating area Great staff"

"A lovely little hotel situated near Peasholm Park. 10 minutes from North Bay and a scenic 35 minute walk or 5 minute bus ride to South Bay (the more lively bay). Staff were excellent and the hotel is spotlessly clean. Food wise, do note that this hotel caters predominantly for the recently retired crowd (a very reasonably priced but very British menu such as kippers for breakfast and syrup sponge pudding with custard for pudding) We were the only people under 65 that I saw during my October...

"Lovely cottage very clean and friendly staff 👌"

"Claire was a gracious and helpful host who really went above and beyond to ensure we had an enjoyable stay."

"A good value for money hotel. Parking was absolutly fine & we were able to leave the car & walk into Scarborough along the coast, we have had a lovely couple of days."

"Nice hotel, staff were great, convenient"

"Beautiful coaching inn full of character with a warm friendly atmosphere and a log fire perfect for setting down with a drink and sample the food on the menu or specials board I last stayed here 15 years ago and it’s still amazing"
