We had a rental car since we planned to visit Longwood Gardens as well as a few friends in NJ. The parking is tough otherwise this is perfect location for a short trip to Philly!"

"The amenities were more then plentiful. We stayed over night after a show at the met so location was amazing. The alley can be entertaining to say the least at times but otherwise the property, location, and amenities were excellent. We enjoyed our stay and would use the property again if we have another show."

Very much enjoyed the neighborhood and so conveniently located for the work I was doing at a nearby school. Also, it would help to have the condo listed as a second floor rental so persons with disabilities are aware of that before renting."

"Nice property with an awesome rooftop area. We were a group of 5 and it was not suitable for us. My son did sleep on the couch but there were no extra blanket or pillows for him. Would not sleep a sixth person as listing indicates. Disappointingly not enough essentials for our 3 day stay - such as toilet paper. Getting in the property is tricky - multiple door knobs on two separate entrances - but felt secure once inside. Was great to walk to Temple University and overall safe location."

There is no guide or info in the apartment for WiFi, guidelines for the apartment, etc. - unlike others I have stayed in. We needed to reach out a few times to get info. "The only security between my family and anyone on the street (in a rather rough-looking neighborhood) was an unlocked door to the building and a hollow-core apartment door with a simplistic key code. There is no loading zone to park to unload a vehicle, except for the driveway of the bodyshop next door. While the apartment itself was generally clean, the building was not. "Very convenient location to shopping and restaurants in Philly. I never had to walk more than 10 minutes to anywhere I wanted to go. My unit was in great condition and came with dishes to use. There wasn't any dish soap or sponges that I could find, so keep that in mind. However, there was plenty of shampoo and conditioner unlike many places. The bed in the unit I had was VERY firm and felt like sleeping on a rock, so if you hate firm beds, be aware of this. The comforter and pillows,...
