"Heating in bedroom and bathroom did not work, and couldn't be fixed. Furniture and condition of the room was very poor. Breakfast was mediocre and carpet in breakfast room was dirty. Complaint to manager was unanswered. I won't be going back."

"The room I had was in the basement and was pretty dirty and very dusty, back of TV and tops of things were layered with dust. Walls need a good wash or repaint. Bathroom was clean although the floor was wrecked due to water ingress. The bed was very comfy an clean."
