"I wasn't expecting the royal treatment but what I got was sub-par. I went up to the front desk where there were 3 people behind the desk helping one person. I said excuse jme a couple of times and no one acknowledged me. "

"I recently traveled as a party of two and booked this hotel knowing it is a 2-star property, but with good reviews. I will use the hotel if I needed again. Couple of things, nothing crazy that could stop you from booking the hotel. I think they should pay more attention to cleaning the carpets in the rooms and hallways, as they feel and smell a bit damp. The breakfast has a basic menu, which is fine for me , but the taste was better on Saturday than on Sunday (that likely depends on who prepares it and easy to fix) Also, the shower floor becomes slippery when using the body wash. This is something to be careful about. Other than that, the stay was very good, and I would recommend the hotel. I would stay there again"
