「Only negatives i have for the property is that our bed was way too hard for my tastes. And that breakfest buffet on the adult only side was not open so we had to deal with kids first thing inbthe morning. Other then those two the resort was phenomenal. 」

「The common areas were very clean and well maintained. The rooms could use a little updating but were very clean. Housekeeping did amazing! They were very attentive and the concierge was great as well. The onsite Dr was nice but needed to be clear on basic payment practices. Lots of room for improvement on her part. They had a wonderful buffet area. Staff was wonderful but 1 person in particular wasn't clear on the dress code. My husband was turned away for wearing a tank shirt and we...

「Second time staying here visiting from Canada, staff is extremely helpful and nice. Area is very close to everything you need, Walmart, Oxxo, beach, there is a Starbucks in the lobby, the bar/restaurant outside the hotel is very good with very cheap drinks and food. Highly recommended this hotel. Also the pool is nice for very hot days. Room was clean and comfortable, Air conditioning worked great and staff changed bed sheets and cleaned every day 」

「This Hotel is great, right in the heart of downtown and everything is within walking distance. This is my 6 time staying here since I need to come constantly for business purposes. This time came for a quick vacation, the only problem we encountered was that the AC at the Penthouse was not working at different point of the night. 」

「Completely awesome, second time staying there and didn't disappoint. The people, the views , the restaurant staff, excellent. No A/C no problem opened the sliding doors and let the outside in. Cool breeze coming from the ocean. Low water pressure in the shower but managable.」

「We stayed in a room on the 5th floor facing the park. We had an excellent view. We could see the ocean when sitting on the bed. A/C worked great. Room could benefit from a refrigerator. Also, it would be nice to have a small bedside light or a dimmer switch for the overhead light. The overhead lights lit up the place brighter than the sun.」

「Room was lovely met our needs . Pool fabulous but it had a lot of rules . Could not bring your own refreshments or food . At a condo I would have thought I could . The walk is exhausting even with the little funicular up the steep part . Staff were always friendly and accommodating as best as they could . Check in was in a separate building, from the pinnacle I was staying at . Over all we did enjoy our stay . Glad we had a car . 」

「Amazing roof top views! The pool is small but mighty because of the entire view of the city. The Air conditioner was so crisp lol i know that’s a strange review but when you have been in the hot humid sun all day the crispness of the AC hits differently to sleep. The location is amazing and like a five minute drive to the gayborhood of PVR. Will a hundred percent be staying here again in the future! 」
