“My adult children, spouses, and grandkids ranging in age from 7 months to 20 all had an absolutely wonderful time hanging out in this spacioius house, swimming and hot tubbing, playing pool, and cooking in the well-stocked kitchen. Two in our family even braved the river for a cold dunk before suana. The hosts were wonderfully responsive and helpful. Everyone had a blast. Highly recommend.”

“My main complaint was the listing said basic soaps To me that should include shower soap- all other places I have stayed have as well as shampoos We arrived at the property at 10 pm and had to go out to the store to buy soap so we could all shower in the morning That was the major disappointment. Otherwise the house is spacious and well kept”

“We were 4 families that rented the Osprey Manor for a weekend at Cayuga lake to view the Solar Eclipse in its path of totality on April 8, 2024. We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful old house... the walk to the lake and the view of the lake from the front of the property were lovely... “Owner was accommodating. Place was clean and nice for the price. The entrance was a little off putting but once you get past that, it was good to go. There is a bar downstairs that plays music into the night and morning but we slept through it. The A/C is very smart so we struggled to keep the temperature comfortable through the night. “Property was as pictured and thoughtfully equipped. Property manager was quick to respond to questions in advance of our visit and with any questions or issues that arose. Nice location and ample space for our family to share time inside and outside, together and separately.”

“We absolutely loved Job’s place in Seneca Falls! We had a wonderful time. The house was central to many of the wineries and cideries we visited. Job also contacted us with an issue his cleaning crew knew about and worked with us to accommodate it, even though it was a simple fix. “The place was nicely remolded and looked like the photos. However, there was a terrible bug problem. You could not open the doors once it got dark out because hundreds of bugs would get in!! The counter tops would be filled with dead bugs the next morning. We would have to clean and vacuum a bunch of times. They seem to be trying to fix it by putting bug lights in the house. However, the location of one was on the kitchen counter, so it would end covered in bugs. The location was great and the……
