"Wonderful place to disconnect! So peaceful! Loved listening to the babbling brook across the road while sitting on the porch swing. "Awesome home in great condition located very close to the Thornton Gap entrance to Shenandoah National Park. The house has lots of amenities, a beautiful master bedroom/bathroom and a great kitchen. It was all we needed and then some. Host was great to deal with. Perfect for couples weekend or a family get away. Highly recommend this spot."

"We were so pleasantly surprised when we arrived to this home. It is so beautiful and smells so new and clean. It had every amenity we could have needed and so much more. We loved the breathtaking views, sunrises, sunsets, game room, hot tub, and the proximity to all the nearby activities. During our stay we visited the Luray Caverns, took a raft down the Shenandoah River, hiked, biked, made an eventful day trip to Washington DC, and so much more. This house was the perfect hub amongst it all. We didn’t want to leave!"

"We had such a magical and relaxing stay at the yurt! The space was beautifully designed, clean, and incredibly peaceful, perfect for a family getaway. The thoughtful touches like the welcome note and fresh produce made us feel right at home. We especially loved the views, the hot tub, and how close it was to Shenandoah and the river. Mary was a wonderful host, responsive and kind. We’d definitely love to come back!"
"We visited over the 4th of July holiday. We are busy in our careers and just wanted to get away and slow down and have some quality family time with our 6 year old son. As we approached the cabin, we got peeks of the breathtaking views. Once we got into the cabin, we took some deep breaths and just started to feel the stress fade away. The next few days were spent hiking to the waterfall, spotting bugs and wildlife in the woods, relaxing in the hot tub, playing games and putting together puzzles, and cooking some fun meals and desserts. It was a special time and it was a great place where our son could just be a curious kid. If you are looking for an opportunity to recharge, slow down, and renew bonds, this is the perfect place."
"This cabin was perfect. Very clean, great view and organized. It was interestingly situated high up on a mountain and it was a lot of fun for us to drive the jeep (that host provided) to go up and down the hill on the rocky roads, very adventurous. I would definitely recommend it. It was just the two of us but the cabin can comfortably fit in a lot more people."

"Gracieland farm was such a nice, quiet, and fun place to stay! The property was so pretty with an array of animals to see, especially birds. The pool was where we spent most of our time because it was HOT!! The covered porch area is nice too. Only about 15 minutes to shopping and food. The caverns weren’t too much farther. Main Street is a cute place also. Mary was very accommodating and we absolutely loved our stay!"
