"The staff were very friendly and helpful with excursions, checking in and out, getting taxi for us. The rooms very nice and clean. Most all of the waiters in the different food service areas were a delight. A waiter, Millie Vanillie, was the best!! Friendly, out going, helpful and definitely made our dining experience in the Buffet enjoyable. Now for the down side. The food was terrible!! There were times that the food was so bad we just couldn't eat it. This was especially true in the Mexican Lindo and Italia. Both my sister and I didnt get to eat dinner those nights. Instead we had to go to snack bar and get some fresh fruit, chips and pico de gallo. Sadly, Even the deserts weren't good. The food was bland, no spices or flavor. Not even salt and pepper! When your in Mexico and the food has ZERO seasoning, we'll you just expect the food to be full of flavor. The one constant good item is the roast chicken in the buffet!! We basically lived on that and fruit. Another issue was guest services. We kept asking for wash cloths and hand towels yet only got hand towels 3 of 7 days. The noise gets annoying. Until 11 pm EVERY NIGHT loud music kept us awake. We're normally in bed asleep by 9 pm. You can imagine we We're happy about that when we had to be up by 5 am to get ready for Chichen Itza! For these reasons we wont recommend your resort. Fixing the food issue would be top priority if I owned the resort!!"

"Our stay at Riu Palace Kukulkan was absolutely stunning and worth every penny. We loved everything about this resort and don't regret a single cent spent here! The culinary experience was a major highlight. All the themed restaurants were fantastic, especially the Steakhouse and the Asian food, but the seafood at the Main Buffet was exceptionally good-truly a standout! The staff members were adorable and worked so hard to make our stay feel unique and special. The entire property is pristine; our room was spotless, and all the swimming pools were incredibly clean. We had a flawless experience with zero complaints. I will definitely be visiting again. If you're looking for a high-quality stay in Cancun where you get exactly what you pay for, this is the place!"

"This is a fantastic adults only resort. From the amazing Tino assisting with your suitcases upon arrival to Athenya (sorry spelling) with her great smile cooking delicious hamburgers by the sexy pool, you will enjoy every moment. The rooms are clean, modern, and large. There are many restaurants to choose from and the food is fresh and tasty. The nightly themed events / parties are fun and lively. I’ve never been to a resort where the guests are so friendly and welcoming. If you are travelling solo or as a couple, you’ll encounter people who are like-minded and who are easy to strike up a conversation with. The friendliness of the staff feels natural and not forced. As a guest, all Temptation Resort staff make you feel welcome. The service provided is top notch. You will love the non-judgmental atmosphere and the upbeat vibe of the property. This was one of, if not the best stay I’ve had on a trip. If you are open minded and enjoy a unique, fun, adult party atmosphere, this resort should be on your bucket list. I stayed for nine nights and could have stayed longer. Thanks to the wonderful staff and friendly guests."

"The report was beautiful and clean. The beach was amazing. However the service was very poor, so don’t expect anyone to bring you any drinks even with tips. The food was mediocre and deserts choices were very limited. Will not be returning to Riu Caribe."

"I love the breakfast buffet! Swimming pool was nice. Staff at the buffet provide a great service. Sunday there is no room cleaning service and Monday April 27th was a holiday in Mexico so no room cleaning service either. So we suffered with wet towels for two days in a row."
