“Good location with a nice environment ”

“The host greeted us on arrival and was very welcoming and friendly; assuring us that if we needed anything further to let her know. It was very well equipped: fridge, kettle, microwave and toaster, not forgetting a jug of fresh milk. Would definitely stay here again.”

“quite noizy for the room located on the road side, even after close the window. Luckily the staff in the frant desk was very kind to exchange our room close to the less noizy corner. Otherwise this is a very good choice hotel in terms of CP value. ”

“I was very pleasantly surprised by this hotel. I booked it for its reasonable price but it far exceeded expectations. We were visiting family in chester over Christmas, and there were no hotels available in the city centre, although this was a little far out the drive was very easy and quick parking was good and the hotel was clean and friendly. I would definitely stay again and recommend it to others.”

“Great converted townhouse decorated to high stands. Lovely venue with free parking at rear for 5 cars if you book in advance. Lovely staff Tracey was very helpful. Will stay again.”

“I had a lovely 6 night stay at the Indigo Hotel. My room was clean with very comfortable beds. The bathroom was large and had a wonderful spa shower with full size toiletries and a robe & slippers upon request. The complimentary snacks were great! My room was a bit cold and I was unable to adjust the heat. I did ask about it and was told it would be adjusted, but did not notice a difference and just wore more clothes at night. Overall it was a very comfortable stay and I would love to stay there……

“Clean and comfortable room, polite staff and ideal location right in the centre of Chester. The nearest parking is only a 5-10 minute walk away and costs £8 for 24 hours. Unfortunately we didnt have chance to eat here as we only stayed 1 night and had other plans but the food being brought out to other guests did look great. Would definitely stay again!”
