「Clean and comfortable room, polite staff and ideal location right in the centre of Chester. The nearest parking is only a 5-10 minute walk away and costs £8 for 24 hours. Unfortunately we didnt have chance to eat here as we only stayed 1 night and had other plans but the food being brought out to other guests did look great. Would definitely stay again!」

「quite noizy for the room located on the road side, even after close the window. Luckily the staff in the frant desk was very kind to exchange our room close to the less noizy corner. Otherwise this is a very good choice hotel in terms of CP value. 」

「Clean and tidy overall. Staff are attentive and professional. However, rooms facing the carpark were noisy overnight. I need asking for changing my room to the other side of the hotel.」

「The Pied Bull couldnt be faulted if anything was wrong we never noticed. Quite area but still close to everything. Room service second to non and warm and cosy. From arrival to departure on our 4 days just perfect.we sure to return to the Pied again and tell our friends and relatives this is perfect. 」

「The staff are extremely helpful, friendly and efficient. I had 100% support from my enquiry, throughout my event and through to checkout. Highly recommend. If there is anything to consider, the bedroom would benefit from an upgrade plus put plugs near the beds. 」
