「The view from our room was amazing! The view alone made the hotel great. The room needs a bit of an update but it was good for the one night we stayed. The floors were very creaky and the rooms were not soundproof so you could hear any noise from the hallway. I was a bit confused about where to check in but the staff was kind and helpful. I liked how quiet the area was and it was not a very busy street, but didn’t have great cell service. We had no issues finding parking when we stayed. We...

「Property was immaculate. Great views. Customer service responded quickly. Having a kitchen on site, parking, decent size fridge/freezer and coffee machine… all big bonuses. Only downside was the laundry machine and dryers were very small and even after drying for an hour our clothes were still wet. Overall, I would stay again but don’t depend on the laundry facilities being fast. 😅」

「Amazing ! Everything from the facilities, the view, the staff, and the breakfast. Plenty of parking and they also have daily planned activities that you can participate.」

「Très bel endroit, bien entretenu avec plusieurs services. Attention aux heures de restaurants et lounges, il est impossible de manger (même pas un snack) après 22h.」

「This resort is in an excellent location for tourists. Half way between the airport and the major city of Funchal. The views are stunning. The staff friendly and very pleasant. The food choices were vast and delicious. We signed up for the all inclusive and it was well worth it. Lots of great excursions, hikes, adventures, dining and shopping.」

「Nice service and friendly staff」

「We had the place to ourselves! It was like our own private resort…and the staff made it even more so! Cannot wait to return for a longer stay…and higher leaps off the cliffs into the ocean!」

「Good breakfast nice staff」

「We had such a lovely stay and honestly couldn’t have asked for more. From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel welcome and comfortable. The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful and always happy to go the extra mile to make sure everything was perfect. It’s the little things that make a stay memorable, and this hotel certainly got them right. We felt relaxed, well looked after and genuinely enjoyed every moment of our time here. Thank you for making our stay so special. We would highly...

「If it’s your first time in Madeira I’d suggest staying somewhere in city center, it takes 15 mins to get to this hotel. Very nice property and amenities. The staff and service is weak , shortage of staff. The breakfast buffet for a 5 starvhotel and the price was so weak as weak.」

「Great hotel with lovely restaurant onsite.」

「The Savoy Palace was absolutely amazing in every way - from the decor, cleanliness, style, ambiance, the grounds, the customer service to the food! Every single employee that we encountered showed such professionalism, warmth, and kindness. The front desk made sure we had everything we needed, made excellent dining recommendations and answered every question we had. We had our 6-year-old with us and as soon as she stepped into the Kids Club/playroom she wanted to come back every day. Not only...
