“This was my third time staying at this hotel, and it was just as excellent as before. This time, I even met two front desk asian staff members who can spoke Cantonese, they were very polite and friendly. I will definitely stay here again next time. Thank you.”

“We arrived at approximately 9pm, slightly later than advised. Although the front door was locked, the manager (I assume) was still there, cleaning. He let us in when I telephoned and kindly carried our case up to the room. The room itself was clean, fresh, well equipped. However, the room was extremely cold on arrival. We were told that the heating would be turned on, but unfortunately the radiator remained cold throughout the entire night. As a result, the room never warmed up. Due to the lack……

“Not the hotel but a party came back from Manchester at 1.00am and kept us up all night and we checked out at 4.30am and no offer of changing rooms or anything but sorry.”

“I paid £40 for a double room for the night which I thought was a great deal. The room was clean and check in and out was easy and quick. I didn’t have breakfast and there was lots of on-site parking. The place is a bit dated but for the price I paid, I was very happy.”

“It was pretty good overall. No light switch near the bed, the duvet was too heavy. I didn't like not having a key and it was a nuisance having to keep a note of codes and having to type them in every time you entered. Also, I didn't like receiving the codes at the last minute. But these are all minor points, overall it was good.”

“Only stayed one night to go to a concert. Said check in from 3pm but when I arrived at 4pm room was not ready. No air-conditioning in room but it was big & beds looked clean but whole place is in need of decorating. Lift was out if order. Kettle in room but only two mugs for three people. Had to ask a couple of times to get an extra mug. Did not use bath or shower over bath as didn't look clean. Towels are provided but no toiletries. Pub next door was good for a drink beforehand but doesn't do……
