“整体都很好”

“First off front desk person tried to help make things right as did the asst mgr. But… Our first room had mold stained shower and the toilet broke. They moved us to another room. It was ok but the bathroom showers need to all be replaced. The floors were dirty and evidenced by my bare feet every time I took a shower - black tracks on the shower floor mat. The breakfast help did not address the most urgent needs first which was “no coffee.” We waited at least 45 minutes for it. We had coffee……

“Very friendly & helpful staff. Nice continental breakfast each morning with plenty of coffee day or night. Nice sized room. Would definitely recommend it to friends & family.”

“Parking fee was charged when the expedia listing mentioned free parking. We had booked a room which sleeps 5 but the room that was assigned to us just had 2 queen beds and a chair - caused a lot of inconvenience to accommodate one person. On asking to upgrade they asked us to pay for the upgrade which should have been included in our bookings.”

“Really nice place, very clean. Located in a really safe area, we had shopping mall at walking distance. Staff really kind and friendly!”

“Desayuno horrible, no lo recomiendo.”

“My family has two rooms in there. All of us didn’t have a sleep in the room. Big noise from Ventilation ducts. That’s my worst experience with hotel. I call service and ask change room, and I didn’t get it.”

“Cleaned environment, hotel seems under renovation. The breakfast it was alright hoping the juice and ice tea were in the proper container instead on the ice tray. No waffle or pancake. not much desert for option.”

“Room was not clean at all there was hair in the bath tub”

“House was perfect for our large family. Everything was exactly how the listing showed. We traveled with 5 kids, home was large for us and had several activities for kiddos to enjoy. Will book again for future visits.”
