“I would stay at this condo again if traveling to Lexington. The location was absolutely perfect for walking throughout the city. Lots of restaurants and bars nearby. Parking instructions made it easy to know where to park a car for the entire stay. I felt safe in the area. A police station is right across the street as well. The bed was comfortable. Lots of hot water in the shower. Very modern decor. Plenty of pots & pans to cook meals. No dishwasher tablets available, so I had to hand……

“We were very much impressed with this condo. Felt safe. it was very quiet because a lot of people haven’t moved in yet and the outer construction is completed.”

“Room had black hair everywhere. It was gross. My husband is bald and I'm blonde so it wasn't ours. The kitchen sink doesn't drain. There was food all over the floor. Nasty. Not clean at all.”

“Room needed to be swept and mopped. There was and trash in the floors. The couch needs a good cleaning, one of the bar stools is broken. We found bottle caps and q-tips left in the room that were used. The couch was very uncomfortable for one of our guests. We did find a roll out cot that was helpful. The elevator was out of service, which wa beyond control. The location was great and the condo was very pretty, there was just some additional cleaning/ maintenance that needed to be done.”

“Overall, the condo was clean, spacious, and well-maintained. Security was exceptional with key codes needed for doors and elevator. Felt safe in the downtown urban setting. Enjoyed our two-night stay but noise from the central heating unit interrupted our sleep. The TV and Wi-Fi worked great and problem-free, and the electronic fireplace was a nice touch. Parking can be tricky and is not on-site but we managed to find free street parking thanks to the holiday hours”

“Parking - there is a garage across the street. The walking path out of garage is a bit sketchy. This place is so nice, I’m staying there again this fall.”

“Nasty bloody sheets on bed. Chairs in kitchen not screwed to base. Furniture dirty. Pillows in bedroom dirty. Its a NO for me.”

“Great location! We had a little issue, but the host has been communicative to resolve and I would definitely give another shot! I appreciated the updates that had been done.”
