“Even better in person. Perfect for a group that wants to spend quality time together. The grounds are beautiful, the animals are wonderful, and we had the best time just hanging out. One of the best group stays I’ve done in a private house! There were so many thoughtful touches that made us feel comfortable and welcome. ”

“This house was perfect for our needs. Even though it was quite cold when we were there (mid-December), the heating in the home was great. We loved playing pool in the pool house (which also had heat). Having all the rooms and bathrooms made our party of 8 very comfortable. The pictures were quite bright compared to the home which felt a bit darker than pictured (though again it was winter). “We were looking for a place large enough to house 4 adults and 3 children and found this house which was just a little outside the city proper. It turned out to be a perfect fit. Situated in an older neighborhood, of which Philadelphia has many, house was clean and nicely equipped and appeared to be recently renovated. Neighboring homes were generally well-tended and the area was quiet and seemed safe. Spacious kitchen and dining areas were ideal for feeding a crew. On-site parking for two cars……

“This was the perfect place for my group and our needs. Enough beds with options; a dark, quiet room in the basement, a shared room with a two full beds, the top floor king size suite, even a pull out sofa! All useful accommodations for a party of 5 or more. To top it off, the roof top hot tub with a city skyline view was incredible! It was a great location too, in walking distance to our venue in South Philly. Everything worked out perfectly, and I'm grateful that this option was available.……

“The house was in a great location. The hosts were avaible whenever I had questions and even mades sure the sidewalk and steps were salted and sholved when a snow storm hit. We would definaetly stay here again when we return to the area!”

“Clean and comfortable /adequate /enough space for our needs.Not many supplies in kitchen. Bed linens should be replaced! Hot water was sparse and took 10 minutes in tub and kitchen and bathroom sinks. Fabric softener on bed linens stunk very bad. Beds not very comfortable.”
