“We had a wonderful time at this resort! The rooms were big and very nice. This place is very kid friendly! The staff was amazing! Don’t have a single complaint about the service. I’ve seen a few negative reviews about the food but we all loved it! Every night for dinner, they’d switch it up. One night was Oriental night, Italian the next, Tex-Mex…. Absolutely delicious. The beach was breathtaking, crystal clear water and they had servers on the beach who’d bring you drinks. They were amazing!……

Con habitación, sala, cocina, 2 baños, terraza con vista al mar, jacuzzi, y electrodomésticos incluyendo lavadora y secadora. Los restaurantes todos excelentes! “The pools were gorgeous, and the view from our balcony was gorgeous. If you don’t mind a 10-15 minute walk, you could get to Centro or the Zona Dorada; if not, Ubers and taxis are plentiful. The beach was very rocky; when we wanted to go in the ocean, we walked south in the beach to better places.”

“Excelente hotel vale la pena cada centavo!!!, comida deliciosa y el personal super atento. Lo único que falla es que para entrar a las albercas de niños o áreas de niños no hay rampas!!!! Entonces como esperan que pasemos con carriolas y algo molesto a tomar en cuenta es que es muy revoltoso el llegar a cada lugar del hotel y todo está lejos tienes que tomar como 2 o 3 elevadores pero en general yo si regresaba”

“The property itself was nice and clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. The food at the buffet was amazing. The beach out front was very dirty. They can at least clean it every morning before we go out to lounge on the beach and we wish there was more entertainment there at the hotel.”

“Very nice boutique style hotel. Not a huge resort and more quaint and comfortable. This isn’t a place if you want higher energy. It’s more on the quiet, relaxation side of things. It’s right in the El Centro area and they do have some cool little restaurants and bars. Close to Zona Romántica - we mostly ubered to avoid heat but the drive cost is very cheap. Nothing like the US cost. The hotel is in a place that you can just walk out and be at a few steps from stores, grocery and farmacias in……
