“I stay at the suites (Luxury Condo), which is very comfortable and have more space for us to spend, just like at home, everything seems very good. Good service, only one thing that we are not that happy is the suites building is a bit far away from the main building. And the swimming pool, food court, spa….etc are all in the main building, we need to take the golf cart to the main building, which is a little bit inconvenient for us. “Overall, the location can't be beat--wide, sandy beaches with gentle waves, palm trees, less than a mile from Times Square. The staff was attentive--take-out orders were prioritized from their restaurants, service was provided on the beach, loungers/umbrellas set up individually on the beach, whatever you needed someone would take care of it. “This was perfect for a quick getaway. My room was large and comfortable with a view of the pool and the Gulf of Mexico. The pool was large and had shaded space for me to knock out some work too. This part of the beach is relatively quiet and just what I was looking for”

“Our first room, my issue was the carpet. It was extremely nasty. My feet stuck to it as I walked from the front door to the patio. I went down to exchange my room. I had to complain quite a lot to get them to switch me rooms with no carpet once I did that the room that I went into the bed, you could tell as soon as you seen it half of it, the frame was broke as far as cleaning, I don’t think the floors have been mopped since the building has been built totally overpaid for this experience”
