Pet-Friendly Accommodations:
Dogs allowed for a non-refundable pet fee of $100. Additional pets subject to approval with an extra pet fee of $1OO per pet. Fee waived for certified service dogs with proper paperwork.
Heating Pool:
Seasonal pool heating can be added for $100/day (if you would like to add this on, it will need to be for the entire stay).
Early Check In/Check Out:
If guest coordinates ahead of time for an early check-in, we will assess a fee of $125.
If guest coordinates ahead of time, a late check-out, we will assess a fee of $125.
The house sits at the south end of the island on quiet, West Ashley Ave, where you’ll be able to see and hear the surf from your bedroom or the two front porches. Our location at the end of the island provides a very safe place for you and your kids to walk or ride bikes. You will have direct beach access that is immediately in front of our house and you will be a block away from the county park on the beach (link below). This allows you and your guests to head to the seashore in the morning, come back to clean off on the 2 outdoor showers, lunch, or just a break from the sun, and then head back to the beach in the afternoon. Take in the evening breezes on the spacious screened front porch or upper deck porch where you can feel the ocean air and enjoy the sunsets. Take advantage of the large open-concept kitchen and living room and our new gas grill just outside to feed your crew of up to 12. There is ample seating for all at the inside table that seats 11 and the outside, screened-in porch table that seats 8. After dinner, rent bikes or a golf cart to Center Street for some ice cream and Folly nightlife which always features plenty of live music. When you return, you’ll get a great night’s sleep on the new, premium mattresses. 4 bedrooms are appointed with HDTVs. The bunkrooms (3 total beds with a trundle bed in each) do not have TV's, but the game room and the living room have TV's. When not at the beach, catch the game in the family room or in the game room on the spectacular 55” Smart TV, or stream movies or your favorite shows over the Comcast Xfinity 1 Gig Wi-Fi. The kids will love the game room for hanging out together, playing supplied games, playing pool or ping pong, and watching TV.
Folly Beach and many Center Street restaurants are dog friendly, as is Fisher's Folly. If you are considering bringing pets, please let us know. There will be an additional $100 charge, but we’ll make sure they are welcome.
During your visit, make sure to take in historic, downtown Charleston which is only a 18-minute drive away.
Our house sits on a very quiet neighborhood street with a mix of full-time residents and vacation rentals. Because of this location, our house is not suitable for parties or late-night gatherings. It is a perfect place to enjoy the company of your friends and family staying with you but is not available for weddings, receptions or any other events where additional people would be invited or the noise would disrupt the neighborhood.

Evacuation Policy:
Please choose trip insurance; especially if you are traveling during hurricane season. In case of a Mandatory Evacuation Order for Charleston County during your stay, enjoy peace of mind with a 100% refund of all deposits, payments, and/or monies paid within 72 hours. No further liability with respect to the Reservation.
House Rules:
• No Smoking Allowed; minimum $250 fine for in-room smoke damages
• Smoking permitted only outside, maintaining a distance of at least 10 feet from doors
• Firearms are strictly prohibited; any left behind will be turned over to local police
Legal Short Term Rental:
Compliance with all legal requirements. Respect quiet hours (10 pm-8 am) to avoid fines. Guests are responsible for following The City of Folly Beach Ordinance rules.
Alteration Policy:
Cancellations within 30 days of arrival will only receive 50% refund. We run a small-margin business and depend on enough lead time to keep occupancy.
Event Decorations:
Use painter's tape for event decorations to avoid damage. Damages due to tape removal or decorations will incur a $500 repainting fee.
Laundry Etiquette:
Before each stay, all linens and towels are professionally cleaned. Feel free to utilize the washer and dryer to freshen linens. Laundry detergent is provided for your convenience.
A Note on Partying:
This is not a party house! Embrace tranquility during your stay and always love thy neighbor!
