Beautiful house and excellent location

We stayed at the property for a family trip and had a fantastic experience. The house is beautiful and very functionally designed for multiple families, in an excellent location, walkable to the beach and restaurants.

Perfect Spot

We stayed with a group. Plenty of room for everyone. Fully stocked kitchen, great appliances. BEAUTIFUL yard, close to the beach the shops. Easy parking, Excellent communication and amazing amazing hosts. Will stay again and again.

Gorgeous gathering location

Stunning details with plenty of room to spread out and enjoy the property. The showers at every turn are amazing!!! High end but very comfortable for families traveling together

We stayed during a nor’easter, so we definitely stress-tested the property. Unfortunately, the front windows and door area leaked during the storm, causing water on the floor and a small patch of ceiling paint to fall. The management office responded quickly, but the “fix” was just a bucket and a few towels. Thermostats are confusing. Maybe a manual would help guests. There were also small ants in the bedrooms — easy to overlook for a beach house, but they can get into luggage. Since there aren’t dresser drawers, storage becomes a bit tricky. We also noticed dog hair on the bean bag chairs in the living room.On the positive side, the kitchen is very well equipped with everything you’d need to cook, and the radiant floors in the bathrooms were a really nice touch. The location is excellent, close to both the beach and local restaurants.For the price point, it’s worth being aware of these issues, but with a little attention to maintenance and cleanliness, this could be a fantastic rental.
